About us
Low Carbon Construction plc is a National Affordable House Builder that is going to provide in excess of 15,000 affordable, sustainable, homes per annum on our own development sites across the UK by the end of the current 5-year business plan (2027).
The company has a unique method of construction called Offsite/Onsite which has been concept proven over a 6-year period from 2011. Our modern method of construction combines Volumetric offsite construction with the ability to site a ‘flying’ temporary assembly factory on each substantive site – thereby allowing an unlimited volume of production of homes only subject to the availability of development land.
