Prior to joining Low Carbon Construction, Bridgette taught in primary and special needs education for 18 years. She also managed large teams in the leisure industry being responsible for the running of the businesses.
Bridgette relocated from Essex in 2014 to work within the sales team at Low Carbon Construction Group when the company were involved in producing bespoke high end market value properties for clients. She, having excelled in all aspects of her expanding role, became a main board director in 2017 and, together with the LCC Team, a way of mass producing homes was born. Low Carbon Construction’s goal is to provide affordable homes to all those in need. Bridgette is here for the long haul, keen to share her passion and knowledge of constructing in a more efficient and sustainable way.
As well as running the business, she has, for the past three years, been teaching T level to groups of students from Havant and South Downs College, Waterlooville at her offices in Fareham, working alongside Pearson’s examination board.
