Get a 100% refund of all rent you have paid during the first two years of occupation
If you are successful in your application to rent one of our homes (see rental) then you will be offered the unique opportunity to purchase your home at a fixed original price within the first two years of occupation. To make this affordable, we will refund 100% of the rent you have paid during that first two years, to be used towards the fixed purchase price*. This takes the form of a ‘gifted deposit’ and is not repayable by you. You will then have to raise a mortgage for the balance of the purchase price – but we can help you with this through Low Carbon Construction Finance and even guarantee you a developer-secured loan of up to 40% of the purchase price if you fail to gain a full value mortgage.
Our rental homes are allocated to both private and social/local authority housing qualifying tenants by completing a rental enquiry form. Once we have received the form, we will contact you to advise the next steps towards renting your new home. You will be asked to complete a formal rental application.
